{Dawn of a “STARR” – Wedding Planning Kick Off} Getting off to a good start eases the stress of the planning process. We will meet with you (in person or via phone) to begin the process of organizing your event. During this 2-hour planning session we will we will discuss the key elements of planning your event and equip you with the tools you need to effectively plan a Starr Studded event! As a bonus we also offer up to 2 additional hours of telephone consultation to allow you to answer any follow up questions you have.
Package Includes: 2 hours of one-on-one consultation (in person or via phone) in which. We will also provide you with a personalized folder that will contain helpful tools, (included, but not limited to) budget worksheet • countdown checklist • questions to ask vendors • licensing and name change info.
{“STARR” On-Site – Day of Event Facilitation} On-Site Event Facilitation provides initial and final (2 weeks prior to event) consultations, vendor recommendations, rehearsal and event day direction. This package offers a set number of consulting hours and an assistant during your event. This service is ideal for the do-it-yourself hostess/bride who simply needs someone to attend to all of the last minute details and ensure the event runs smoothly.

{STARR Style - Event Styling / Decor Selection}The atmosphere of your event is created by the décor. Your colors and theme come alive through the linen, flowers, centerpiece, balloons and other decorations. Through the proper decor selections Starr Studded Weddings & Events can create an atmosphere for your event that tickles each of the five senses allowing your guests to revel in the moment.
{A La Carte Planning Services} Often when planning an event your budget won’t allow for you to hire a full-service event planner or your needs simply don’t call for one. STARR Tracker - RSVP Service - Tracking the RSVPs for your event can be time consuming as well as frustrating. With our RSVP service your response cards can be sent directly to us for processing. We will keep you updated on who has responded and can even make follow up phone calls to guests who have not yet replied. Using a seating chart? Select our Deluxe RSVP service and we will provide you with a detailed seating arrangement for your event.
STARR On The Go - Transportation & Guest Accommodation Coordination - Making transportation and accommodation arrangements can be a daunting task. Let us coordinate the transportation and travel arrangements for you and your guests. We can ensure that parents and their children have adjoining rooms, ensure grandma and grandpa get from the airport to the hotel and then to your event, or that mom and dad have turn-down service in their room. The Shopping STARR - Bridal Registry Assistance - Many brides and new moms feel overwhelmed by having to register for gifts and therefore dread the process. Starr Studded Weddings & Events can alleviate the stress and anxiety by helping you choose where to register, what to register for, and perusing the aisle of your favorite retailer right along side you.
STARR-on-Call - Telephone Planning Advice - Plan your event with confidence knowing you have a Starr Studded planner at your disposal. Call for vendor referrals, etiquette questions, theme and décor advice. You can purchase a block of hours in advance or pay as you go.
STARR Light, STARR Bright – Equipment, Lighting & Linen Rental - Researching equipment, lighting and linens is among the less 'glamorous' tasks when planning a wedding or event. Nevertheless it has to be done. Not knowing whether you need a standard chair cover, half cover, or oversized cover or where to rent lighting, or a photo booth can also cause frustration. Leave these tasks to us! We will take the time to select the right vendors and the products you need as well as schedule delivery and set-up where appropriate.
Make Mome a STARR - Moms Management - Your wedding day is a special day for you and your family; especially the moms! Every mother dreams of her daughter or son's wedding day.
